​We happily take custom orders for parties, weddings and special occasions.

ORDERING POLICIES AND INFORMATION

• All personalised orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit

• All orders over R300 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit

• Orders under R300 must be paid in full on the day of ordering

• Cancellatios must be made no later than 48 hours of placing yor order. A credit for balance paid may be used towards another order within 2  months.

• Changes to orders must be made at least 3 days in advance. Extra charges may apply

• Orders are ONLY CONFIRMED with a paid deposit and signed cake order form

• Orders may be place telephonically and by email.

PICKING UP YOUR CAKES OR CUPCAKES

• The shop opens from 9am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturdays. Sunday we are closed

• Cakes should be picked up during these hours unless her's an arrangement made

• If you are late to pick up your cake and we have to come back to open the shop for you to get your cake, there will be an extra fee of R100

• Cakes that are not picked up will be given away to a children's home after 2 days.

• Cakes should be transported on a flat surface in the boot

• For hot weather conditions please have air conditioner on in your car the whole time.

CAKE DESIGNS

• We prefer to not replicate our own cakes over and over again. We would love to create a unique cake for your special occasion.

• We cannot guarantee a 100% colour match but will try to best match the colour you want

• we decorate our cakes using buttercream, fondant, chocolate ganache and chocolate collar. Fondat and others will give a nice smooth finish to your cake however buttercream doesn't. Although we try our best to make the cakes flawless you may sometimes notice some small air bubbles or tears but nothing too serious. Fondant helps with keeping your cake moist.
